Unit 214 Rental Policy: A
US$300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation. Deposit is credited
toward the balance due. First deposit received gets dates. Full payment required 45 days
prior to arrival. When full payment is received, key, map and paid in full receipt will be
mailed. There is a one time $85 cleaning charge. Please make check payable to:
